Anna's Homemade Salad Dressing

A standard at dinner time around the Ward home. Anna will eat other dressing, but not when she has the ingredients and time to make this.

1/2 cup miracle whip
1/4 cup catsup
1 tsp sugar
1/8 tsp salt
 garlic salt
chopped onion (optional)
milk or evaporated milk, to thin
Mix all the ingredients well. Cover and place in the refrigerator. Serve chilled over a garden salad.
