Broccoli Rice Casserole

Here is Anna's favorite version of this classic. Serve it for dinner, or make a double batch for a big family get together. The secret for this one is to cup up the broccoli flowerets very small. This keeps the consistency of the casserole smooth.


3 cups cooked rice
1 small jar Cheese Whiz
10 oz cooked broccoli, cut up fine
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup

Mix all the ingredients together well in a large mixing bowl. Pour into a buttered 9 x 13 in baking dish, and spread the mixture evenly. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
