Melt butter or margarine in small sauce pan. Add lemon
juice, onion powder, parsley flakes, bay leave, salt,
and hot sauce to the melted butter. Simmer for 5 minutes
to blend flavors well, then remove bay leave.
Coat baking dish with non-stick spray, and place
fillets in dish. Brush fillets with half of the
butter mixture.
Broil fish fillets at high heat 4 to 6 inches from
the heat source for 10 minutes. Remove and brush
with the rest of the butter mixture. Continue to
cook until fish flakes easily, about 5 to 10 more
minutes.
