This is one of my sister, Cay's, favorites. So I
wanted to included it too. |
1 12oz can Coca-Cola
1 pkg cherry jello
1 pkg strawberry jello
1 med can crushed pineapple

1/4 cup chopped pecans
1 regular can dark sweet bing cherries
1 8oz pkg cream cheese, softened

Drain fruit and heat juice to boiling. Pour over combined
Jello. Stir until jello is dissolved and set aside
to cool slightly. Cream softened Cream Cheese with
part of the Coca-cola and gradually add remaining
coke, fruit and nuts. Stir this into the gelatin mixture
and pour into a lightly oiled 1.5 quart jello mold,
(Pan can be sprayed lightly with Pam) Chill until
firm. Loosen edges with knife to help remove. Serve
over green leaf lettuce.
