Sweet and Sour Carrots

Another good carrot side dish. We usually use the whole baby carrots for this recipe.


1 lb package carrots
1 tbls margerine
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1 tbls fresh parsley

Cook carrots until they are tender, or use canned carrots.

Melt margerine in small saucepan over low heat. Add the brown sugar and the vinegar. Stir until well combined. Remove from heat.

Drain cooked carots and toss with sauce.
