Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Spray your muffin pans with non-stick spray, or insert
paper baking cups.
Peel the bananas, and mash in a large mixing bowl. Add
the sugar and egg, and blend with a mixer. Continue mixing,
and add the melted butter. When this is blended well add
the rest of the dry ingredients, and continue mixing.
Pour the batter into the muffin cups, and bake for 20
minutes.
