Another delicious desert dish from Anna's mom. |
1 (8 oz) pkg cream
cheese
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1/3 cup lemon juice |
1 tsp vanilla
1 can cherry pie filling
1 prepared Graham Cracker crust |
Soften the cream cheese to room temperature, and whip
until fluffy. Add the lemon juice and vanilla. Pour
this mixture into the Graham Cracker crust. Chill
for 2 hours. Pour the cherry pie filling on top, and
serve. |
