This pie is a Christmas tradition for Anna and her
family. Anna frequently gives these as gifts during the holidays,
and their always a hit and often requested. |
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup corn syrup
1 cup pecans

1 tsp vanilla
1 pinch of salt
1 unbaked pie shell
|
Beat the eggs and sugar together. Add the corn syrup,
vanilla, salt and pecans. Pour into the unbaked pie
shell.
Bake at 350 for about 50 minutes or until done.
