Sift together the flour, baking soda, and baking powder.
Cream shortening and sugar together. Add the eggs
and beat well. Add the flour mixture. Mix well.
Form into rolls of dough about 1.5" diameter
in waxed paper. Let stay in refrigerator until firm.
Slice in 1/4 inch thick slices. Use thumb to depress
the center of the cookies. Add a small drop of raisins.
Bake at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes.
