Yet another wonderful cake recipe from Emma's cookbook,
and one of Anna's very favorites. |
Cake:
1 Pillsbury white cake mix
1 box strawberry Jello
3 tbls flour
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup water
4 eggs, beaten
2/3 box frozen strawberries |
Icing:
1 box powdered sugar
1/3 box frozen strawberries
1 tbls margarine |
Combine the white cake mix, jello, and flour. Mix
these well for at least 2 minutes. Add the oil, water,
and beaten eggs. Mix for another couple of minutes.
Gently stir or fold in the strawberries. Bake in a
medium hot oven.
Icing:
Combine the icing ingredients well. Ice the cooked
and cooled cake.
